Yahoo! Summer is here! The temperature is off the charts! This month's stitch along is all about summer and the joys it brings...of course in typical Pam style..vintage patterns!
One of my favorite things about summer are all the beautiful flowers in bloom.
Everyone knows that summer flowers bring bees! I love bees! They help pollinate the world and who knew they were so good at stitching?
Of course the bees and their honey bring out bears...on roller skates. These bears are having too much fun in the sun!
These patterns are so much fun and would look great on a tea towel, kid's clothes or even a quilt. Use your imagination! Combine them or alter them, it's totally up to you!
Don't forget to tag your photos July Stitchalong2012 and add them to the Embroidery Group on Flickr. I love seeing in progress shots, so post those too! Through out the month I'll be featuring your photos. Have fun in the sun stichin'.
I wanna play too! But staying inside to stitch is a better idea with this heat!
ReplyDeletejust started stitching those flowers last night. love them!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing these cute patterns! I love embroidering but I get bored doing it alone. I just wish I could find a group who does embroidery in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. I would love to have embroidering friends!
ReplyDeleteThese are some great patterns. Thank you for posting them. I have had a lot of spare time on my hands and have been looking for some more machine embroidery projects to get started on.
ReplyDeleteGood patterns! They have things like this for the embroidery in Orange County CA. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteA little bit of easy embroidering around the throat of a simply item of outfits can provide it that additional contact that changes it into a developer outfits.

Thanks for these patterns. My wife really loves custom embroidery and I think she'd love to give these a try. Do you have any other examples?
ReplyDeleteI love the look of custom embroidery and am hoping to get into it once I have a little more time on my hands. I remember my mom always working on little projects like these and I loved them!
