I know I have mentioned several times how much I adore Alicia Paulson. There is just something about her stitching that makes me feel cozy and comfortable.
She has authored several books but I have to say that Embroidery Companion: Classic Designs for Modern Living is my favorite. Not only does she offer up beautiful patterns but gives you a step by step guide, including materials needed.
The book has projects ranging from samplers to aprons to guitar straps, all with that breathtaking Alicia Paulson signature style.
