For one thing, there's the Lark Stitchalong this month with Aimee Ray:

Aimee is adding a free pattern once a week for the rest of this month, so be sure to check those out! Join the stitchalong here
Or, how about a free pattern from our own Carina:

Carina is having a special stitchalong on her blog next month (she'll share the details with you later) but to get you ready for that, why not download this lovely free pattern and stitch it up? She even includes a color guide, which is super helpful for people like me who are duds when it comes to choosing colors... Get the free pattern.
Or how about a fawn from the amazing Badbird:

I'd love to see all of Badbird's freebies stitched up into a quilt, I think it would be amazing. Get the free pattern
Or how about this lovely vintage pattern from The Floss Box:

Emily has tons of amazing little patterns for embroidery and cross stitch in her store - but be sure to visit her free patterns pages for gems like these. Get the free pattern
Or maybe a cute sugar cube embroidery pattern by Wild Olive:

Mollie has tons of amazing stuff on her blog, including her wonderful Embroidery Basics series, which is really worth a visit. Get the free pattern
So what do you think? Join in, tag your photos JuneStitchalong and let's see how many free patterns we can stitch this month! :)
Wow! Pillows are wonderful!
ReplyDeletePlease, can you say me where we can post photos and the free-pattern link for the pool?
So, do we have to use someone else pattern? I have an idea for something I want to make. I'd draw up the pattern & offer it for free on my blog so, it would be a free pattern others can use too.
ReplyDeleteLove this idea! :D
ReplyDeleteI am soooo excited! Just last night I was thinking that I am ready for my second effort in stitching! I'll get started today....
ReplyDeleteI love the pillows, and I think any design by Badbird would totally rock!
ReplyDeleteLove them all but especially love the pillows, what a cute idea! I'm having an embroidery pattern giveaway over on my blog if you want to hop along, Catherine x
ReplyDeleteI think that I absolutely must embroider a set of those pillowcases. SO cute.
ReplyDeleteI don't suppose that would be a worthy Father's Day gift, eh? Pillowcases? Would it be like when Homer Simpson bought Marge a bowling ball? I guess that I'll make them for myself. :)
This is just too cute, I HAVE to make the tree!
ReplyDeleteI love the pillows but I am going to make Wild Olives pattern for my mum's birthday, it's perfect for her!
ReplyDeleteOh no! Too many patterns to choose from!!! hehe. Can't wait to go through em, though I've just started stitching a puppy on a vintage girls apron. I took it along to stitch while camping this last weekend :D And... crocheted a bikini top (by guesstimating- turned out a little small- hahahah). Fun trying any how! Happy Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteOoh, am definitely going to start the one from Carina - I love her patterns and have always wanted to try one!
ReplyDeleteI am so tempted to join in with this but I think I might have left it a little bit late. I love the pillow cases - think I'll have to add these to my ever expanding 'To Do' list.
ReplyDeleteI second what Kat said, I've made one of my sketches available as a pattern on my blog, am I allowed to stitch it as my entry?
ReplyDeleteIt's available on my blog if anyone else wants to stitch it: http://modjoonthefly.blogspot.com/
