So cute Carina, is it hand embroidered? A very creative and new idea... may be I try sometime... but it looks great... My MIL did it on some pillows... sure I will show it sometime, thanks for sharing because with this I remember my Mil's work... Have a pleasant weekend.. Love http://craftaworld.blogspot.com/ Farah
I LOVE stitched words (and letterpressed words, and embossed words and collaged words - you get the picture). My favorite that I've done so far is at http://www.flickr.com/photos/shinyhappyworld/3340365523/in/set-72157622876528312/.
I love them too!! I made the "notebook paper" and stitched this up for our first anniversary. (Traditional anniversary gifts are "paper" for the first year.)
Hey, I love your site! I do have some stitched words so I thought I'd share. I made a family tree:) I posted about it here: http://www.thecrafties.com/2010/09/a-family-tree-2/
I really like that pillow! so cool! Im a first time embroiderer but my first piece was my fathers words and I stitched them in his hand writing here: http://ochatori.blogspot.com/
This is really beautiful and a great idea! Will use it when I move to my new apartment.
However, when I first looked at it on my mobile, all I could see of the author was "Bruce Willi" and wondered if it was Bruce Willis and thought, wow, he's a lot more insightful than he seems :-P. Now I know better!
What a wonderful pillow! The lines are just great! I've stitched a little wall hanging with a very wise message: http://www.flickr.com/photos/cherryace/5168556781/in/pool-embroideredstuff
