Beware the sparkly floss!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful! Where do you buy your floss? I have a collection of DMC but I have to order it and I'm not sure where to look for it.

I haven't tried the new DMC Light Effects, but the previous DMC metallic floss worked best in short lengths (12" or less) to minimize tangling.
ReplyDeleteooh it is lovely! I am a sparkly fanatic - my mum calls me magpie! lol
ReplyDeleteI ordered some gold & silver thread today, but now I want this too!
Have a great weekend :-)

This floss is very frustrating to use. I even used short lengths. After finishing a small project, I vowed to never use it again. I could send you the rest of mine lol.
ReplyDeleteI agree with oddharmonic & RobynE
ReplyDeleteI've used it and it tangles bad even with small lengths. It sure is pretty and the new colors are fabulous but not forgiving, it made my work look icky, like it was forced, thumbs down for me.
I'm a late adopter of new flosses. I miss the old flosses they no longer make. I like it - but what would I use it for? I've only just started to use variegated colour floss!
