I love Arabic script and to see it in stitched form is absolutely lovely. Despite the fact that I can't read it and only just make out a few of the letters..
After finding this I searched Flickr to see if there was more embroidery in Arabic. Not a lot, sadly. But let this be an open invite to anyone who does embroidery in Arabic or any other non-Latin alphabet to get in touch. I'd love to showcase it.

..it reads "Bismillahi arrahmani arrahimi" which means "In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful"
