Beautiful ATC's like this one by Constanza fascinate me. But I always wonder - how do all these talented people find each other to do exchanges? Flickr? An outside website? Any people in the know want to fill me in? :)

    I think most people organize swaps on Craftster! They have a whole section for swaps and there are many you can participate in.
